Does Sky Ward have ads?
No. There are no ads, analytics or tracking. The only purchase is a voluntary donation to the developer through Google Play, and it unlocks nothing.
Can I play offline?
Gameplay doesn't need the internet: the game makes no network requests of its own, and your records and stats stay on your phone. Only Google Play services use the network — for the optional donation and to check that the game was installed from Google Play.
What are funds in the game?
Funds are the in-game currency. You earn them for repelled raids and for wreckage you catch, and spend them on repairing your pickup between battles. You don't need to buy them with real money, and you can't.
Which drones do I shoot down?
Shaheds, Lancets, Molniyas, FPV drones, bomber quadcopters and recon drones. Early levels are simpler; later on new target types appear and each raid brings more drones.
How do I drive and shoot?
The lower zone of the screen moves the vehicle, and the upper zone aims and fires the machine gun. Double-tap a target to launch an air-defense missile. Missiles per raid are limited, and the launcher rack can be upgraded for one more.
Is it free, and which phones does it run on?
Yes, it's free. It needs Android 6.0 or later. Get it from Google Play: copies installed from other sources won't start and will ask you to download the game from Google Play instead.
Which languages are supported?
Ukrainian, English, French, German, Polish, Italian, Spanish, Swedish and Estonian. You can switch the language in the game's settings. In Ukrainian the game is called «Небесна варта».
Is the game suitable for children?
It's an arcade game with stylized combat scenes: a pickup-mounted machine gun shooting down drones. The age rating is shown on the game's Google Play page. There are no ads, and purchases go only through Google Play, subject to its parental controls.
