How to join

    Join the RE:RISE testers Google Group with the same Google account you use in Google Play.

    Open the Google Play testing page and tap “Become a tester”.

    Once confirmed, open Google Play and install the test version. Access may take a little while to appear.

You need an Android phone and a Google account — the same one in all three steps. A test version may contain bugs.

What do I need to become a Biznely CRM tester?

An Android phone and a Google account. Use the same account in all three steps: in the testers group, on the Google Play testing page and in Google Play on your phone.

Is testing Biznely CRM free?

Yes. Closed testing is free: you install Biznely CRM from Google Play like any other app and get updates earlier. We don't promise paid perks for taking part — just early access and a say in how the app develops.

Can I leave the test?

Yes, at any time. Open the testing page play.google.com/apps/testing/com.vybiro.biznely and leave the program, or leave the testers group. You can then uninstall the app or wait for the public version.

What data does the developer see?

The developer can see the email address of the Google account you used to join the group and the test (it is shown in Google Play Console), plus any feedback you send. How the app handles data on your phone is described in its privacy policy.

Why can't I find or install Biznely CRM on Google Play?

During closed testing the app is available only to test participants. Make sure the group, the testing page and Google Play on your phone all use the same Google account, and give it a little time — access sometimes takes a while.

Can I lose data in the test version?

It is a test version, so bugs are possible. For important data make a backup or export if the app supports it.

Your records stay on your phone

Clients, leads, orders, payments, tasks and notes are stored only on your device. Biznely has no accounts and no servers of its own, and never sells your records or shares them with advertising. The free version shows Google AdMob ads, which may use the advertising ID and device information. You save the ZIP backup yourself.

  • Every CRM feature is free, with no trial period and no limits on clients, orders or tasks.
  • The free version occasionally shows an ad during natural pauses: no permanent banner, and never while you’re entering data.
  • An optional “No ads” subscription removes all ads and unlocks nothing extra. Google Play shows the price in your currency.
  • Themes, logo, reminders, contact import, backup and CSV export cost nothing.

How much does Biznely CRM cost?

Nothing. All features are free, with no trial period and no limits on clients, orders or tasks. The free version occasionally shows an ad. If you’d rather not see them, the “No ads” subscription removes ads and nothing else, and you can cancel it any time in Google Play.

Is Biznely right for sole traders?

Yes, if you run the business yourself: a craftsperson, freelancer, consultant or someone who sells to order. Biznely is built for one owner and one database. It tracks clients, orders, payments and tasks; it is not accounting software and does not calculate taxes or issue invoices.

How do I track clients and orders on my phone?

Tap + and add a client by hand or from your phone book. Create an order with an amount and due date, then record payments as they come in. Tasks with reminders link to a client or order, and the Today screen shows what to do next.

Does it work offline?

Yes. Clients, orders, payments and tasks are stored on your phone and work without a connection. The network is used only for ads in the free version and for the subscription through Google Play.

Where is my data, and how do I move it to a new phone?

Only on your device. This version doesn’t sync between devices, so make a backup now and then: a ZIP file you keep wherever you like and restore from on a new phone. The file isn’t encrypted, so store it somewhere safe.

Can I record partial payments?

Yes. Add a payment with an amount, date and note, and Biznely shows the total, what you’ve received and what’s left. Payment status (Unpaid, Partially paid, Paid) is separate from work status, so a finished order is never marked paid automatically.

Will it remind me to call a client back?

Yes. Set a reminder on a task: at the task time, 15 minutes, an hour or a day before, or at 9:00 that day. Reminders are local notifications; if Android delays delivery, one may arrive a little late. Without notification permission, tasks still work.

Can I export my clients to a spreadsheet?

Yes, as CSV: contacts, orders, payments and tasks, in one ZIP or as separate tables. The files open in Excel, Google Sheets and other spreadsheet apps.
