1. Що гра зберігає на телефоні
Мова інтерфейсу, налаштування музики й звуків, рекорд, статистика кар'єри (зокрема до восьми останніх забігів) і проміжний результат незавершеного забігу зберігаються лише в приватному сховищі гри на вашому пристрої. Гра працює без реєстрації й акаунта та не збирає персональних даних. Ми не отримуємо, не бачимо й не зберігаємо ці дані на жодному сервері та не передаємо їх третім особам.
Гра не має доступу до геолокації, камери, мікрофона, контактів, файлів чи телефону й не надсилає сповіщень. Поки гра відкрита, екран не гасне — для цього дозвіл не потрібен.
2. Мережа й Google Play
Власних мережевих запитів гра не виконує. Доступ до мережі потрібен лише бібліотеці Google Play Billing для добровільної одноразової підтримки розробника: після запуску гра звертається до Google Play, щоб показати ціну в налаштуваннях, а після вашого натискання «Підтримати» проводить покупку. Підтримати можна повторно; покупка нічого не відкриває, уся гра безкоштовна. Оплату й платіжні дані обробляє Google — ми не отримуємо даних вашої картки, а гра нічого не зберігає про покупку. Бібліотека Google може обмінюватися з Google Play технічними даними, потрібними для покупки та її діагностики. Політика Google: policies.google.com/privacy.
Реклами, аналітики, звітів про збої чи соцмережевих SDK у грі немає. Google Play може показувати нам лише загальну знеособлену статистику (наприклад, кількість встановлень і збоїв), за якою вас неможливо ідентифікувати.
3. Перевірка встановлення з Google Play
Для гри ввімкнено автоматичний захист цілісності Google Play. Під час запуску гра через застосунок Google Play перевіряє, що її встановлено з Google Play; якщо ні — пропонує завантажити гру звідти. Цю перевірку виконує Google за власною політикою, ми не отримуємо з неї ваших персональних даних.
4. Системна резервна копія Android
Резервне копіювання даних гри засобами Android вимкнене: налаштування й статистика не потрапляють у хмарну резервну копію й не переносяться під час прямого перенесення даних на новий телефон.
5. Зберігання й видалення
Дані зберігаються, доки ви їх не видалите: очищенням даних гри в налаштуваннях Android або видаленням гри. Окремої кнопки скидання статистики в грі немає. Оскільки ми не отримуємо ваших даних, керуєте ними ви самі; питання щодо покупок адресуйте Google Play.
6. Зовнішні посилання
Гра не відкриває сторонніх сайтів і не містить посилань у браузер. Нашу адресу для зв'язку показано в налаштуваннях; там само — коротка версія цієї політики («Налаштування → Політика конфіденційності»).
7. Діти
«Небесна варта» — аркадна гра з умовними бойовими сценами, у яких пікап із кулеметом збиває дрони; вікову категорію показано в Google Play. Гра не збирає персональних даних ні від кого, зокрема від дітей, і не містить реклами. Покупки проходять лише через Google Play і підлягають його правилам, зокрема батьківському контролю.

This policy explains what data the game Sky Ward («Небесна варта») for Android (package com.dismo.skypatrol) handles. Developer: RE:RiSE systems. Contact: rerise.systems@gmail.com.
1. What the game keeps on your phone
Your interface language, music and sound settings, best score, career statistics (including up to eight recent runs) and the interim result of an unfinished run are stored only in the game's private storage on your device. The game works without sign-up or an account and collects no personal data. We do not receive, see or store this data on any server, and we do not pass it to third parties.
The game has no access to your location, camera, microphone, contacts, files or phone, and sends no notifications. While the game is open the screen stays on — this needs no permission.
2. Network and Google Play
The game makes no network requests of its own. Network access is used only by the Google Play Billing library, for the optional one-time support of the developer: after launch the game contacts Google Play to show the price in Settings, and when you tap "Support" it makes the purchase. You can support more than once; the purchase unlocks nothing, and the whole game is free. Payments and payment details are handled by Google — we never receive your card details, and the game stores nothing about the purchase. Google's library may exchange with Google Play the technical data needed for the purchase and its diagnostics. Google's policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
The game contains no ads, analytics, crash reporting or social-media SDKs. Google Play may show us only general anonymised statistics (such as install and crash counts) that cannot identify you.
3. Google Play installation check
Google Play automatic integrity protection is turned on for the game. At launch the game uses the Google Play app to check that it was installed from Google Play; if not, it asks you to download it from there. Google performs this check under its own policy, and we receive no personal data from it.
4. Android system backup
Android backup of the game's data is turned off: settings and statistics are not included in cloud backups and are not moved during a direct transfer to a new phone.
5. Retention and deletion
Data stays until you delete it: by clearing the game's data in Android settings or by uninstalling the game. The game has no separate button to reset statistics. As we do not receive your data, you manage it yourself; please direct questions about purchases to Google Play.
6. External links
The game opens no third-party websites and contains no links to the browser. Our contact address is shown in Settings, together with a short version of this policy (Settings → Privacy policy).
7. Children
Sky Ward is an arcade game with stylised combat scenes in which a pickup truck with a machine gun shoots down drones; its age rating is shown on Google Play. The game collects no personal data from anyone, including children, and contains no ads. Purchases go only through Google Play and are subject to its rules, including parental controls.
