Ця політика пояснює, які дані обробляє застосунок Wenel для Android (пакет systems.rerise.wenel) — щоденник здоров'я для показників, симптомів, ліків, нагадувань і висновків лікаря. Розробник — RE:RiSE systems. Контакт: rerise.systems@gmail.com.

1. Ваші дані про здоров'я залишаються на телефоні

Профілі пацієнтів (ім'я, вік, вага, зріст), записи про температуру, цукор, тиск, пульс, симптоми, ліки й нотатки, розклад нагадувань і відмітки прийому ліків, висновки лікаря з фото, а також налаштування зберігаються лише в приватному сховищі застосунку на вашому пристрої. Застосунок працює без реєстрації й акаунта. Ми не отримуємо, не бачимо й не зберігаємо ці дані на жодному сервері та не передаємо їх третім особам.

Реклами, аналітики, звітів про збої чи соцмережевих SDK у застосунку немає. Нагадування планує й показує сам телефон, без серверів.

2. Шифрування й захист на пристрої

База даних Wenel зашифрована (SQLCipher, AES-256). Ключ до неї створюється випадково на вашому пристрої й захищений Android Keystore, тому скопійовану базу не можна прочитати на іншому пристрої. Фото висновків лікаря теж зберігаються зашифрованими. Якщо на телефоні налаштоване блокування екрана, Wenel під час відкриття просить системне розблокування (відбиток, PIN, пароль або графічний ключ). Перевірку виконує Android — застосунок не отримує ваших біометричних даних. Знімки екрана й попередній перегляд Wenel у списку недавніх застосунків заблоковані. Застосунок не записує ваші медичні дані в системний журнал.

3. Профілі родини й діти

У Wenel можна вести до чотирьох окремих профілів — для себе, дитини чи інших членів родини. Профілі дітей створює й веде батько, мати або опікун на власному пристрої. Застосунок не призначений для самостійного використання дітьми. Якщо вносите дані іншої людини, переконайтеся, що маєте на це її згоду або законне право. RE:RiSE systems цих даних не отримує.

4. Дозволи

Камера потрібна лише тоді, коли у вікні «Висновок лікаря» ви обираєте «Камера». Знімок робить застосунок камери телефону. Wenel одразу зберігає його у своєму сховищі в зашифрованому вигляді й видаляє тимчасовий файл. Кнопка «Галерея» відкриває системний вибір зображення, і застосунок отримує доступ тільки до того зображення, яке ви оберете. Доступу до решти фото, контактів, геолокації чи мікрофона Wenel не має.

Сповіщення потрібні для нагадувань про ліки. Нагадування показує ім'я профілю, назву ліків і дозу. Воно позначене як приватне, тому на заблокованому екрані його текст може бути приховано — це залежить від налаштувань Android. Дозвіл на запуск після перезавантаження потрібен, щоб відновити розклад нагадувань. У новіших версіях застосунок також просить дозвіл на точні будильники, щоб нагадування приходили вчасно. Його можна вимкнути, але тоді нагадування можуть запізнюватися. Біометрія використовується лише для системного розблокування застосунку.

5. Мережа й Google Play

Власних мережевих запитів застосунок не виконує й медичних даних у мережу не надсилає. Доступ до мережі потрібен лише бібліотеці Google Play Billing. Залежно від версії Wenel пропонує необов'язкові покупки через Google Play: добровільну підтримку розробника на екрані «Про додаток», а в деяких версіях — разове відкриття Wenel Pro. Бібліотека обмінюється з Google Play лише технічними даними про покупку й не має доступу до ваших записів. Оплату й платіжні дані обробляє Google — ми не отримуємо даних вашої картки. Для Wenel Pro застосунок зберігає на пристрої лише позначку, що Pro відкрито. Про підтримку розробника на пристрої нічого не зберігається. Політика Google: policies.google.com/privacy.

6. Коли дані залишають пристрій

Дані залишають пристрій лише за вашою явною дією. PDF-звіт за обраний період містить ім'я, вагу, зріст і записи пацієнта. Він зберігається в папку Documents/Wenel Reports. Кнопка «Надіслати звіт» відкриває стандартне меню Android, і обраний застосунок (наприклад, месенджер чи пошта) отримує доступ тільки до цього файлу. PDF не зашифрований: після надсилання ним розпоряджаються отримувач і сервіс, яким ви скористалися.

У розділі «Налаштування» можна створити резервну копію (файл .hnbak) у папці Documents/Wenel Backups або в місці, яке ви оберете (наприклад, Google Диск, Telegram чи флешка). Копія містить усі профілі, записи, нагадування й висновки лікаря з фото. Вона завжди шифрується парольною фразою, яку ви задаєте у вікні «Пароль для backup» (щонайменше 10 символів). Шифрування — AES-256-GCM, ключ виводиться з пароля через PBKDF2. Пароль ніде не зберігається й не може бути відновлений: без нього файл не відкриється. Відновлення з копії замінює всі поточні записи записами з копії.

7. Системна резервна копія Android

Автоматичне хмарне резервне копіювання Android для Wenel вимкнене. Пряме перенесення даних на новий телефон теж не копіює дані Wenel. Щоб перенести записи на інший пристрій, створіть зашифровану резервну копію й відновіть її на новому телефоні.

8. Зберігання й видалення

Дані зберігаються, доки ви їх не видалите. Окремі записи, нагадування й висновки лікаря можна видалити в застосунку. Разом із висновком назавжди видаляється і його фото. Щоб видалити всі дані Wenel разом із профілями, очистіть дані застосунку в налаштуваннях Android або видаліть застосунок. PDF-звіти й резервні копії, збережені в Documents чи в іншому вибраному вами місці, після видалення застосунку залишаються — видаліть їх окремо. Ми не отримуємо ваших даних, тому не можемо переглянути, відновити чи видалити їх за вас. Питання щодо покупок адресуйте Google Play.

9. Медичне застереження

Wenel — особистий щоденник здоров'я. Він не замінює консультацію лікаря, діагностику чи екстрену допомогу.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data the Wenel app for Android (package systems.rerise.wenel) handles. Wenel is a health diary for measurements, symptoms, medications, reminders and doctor notes. Developer: RE:RiSE systems. Contact: rerise.systems@gmail.com.

1. Your health data stays on your phone

Patient profiles (name, age, weight, height), records of temperature, sugar, blood pressure, pulse, symptoms, medications and notes, reminder schedules and intake marks, doctor notes with photos, and your settings are stored only in the app's private storage on your device. The app works without sign-up or an account. We do not receive, see or store this data on any server, and we do not pass it to third parties.

The app contains no ads, analytics, crash reporting or social-media SDKs. Reminders are scheduled and shown by your phone itself, with no servers involved.

2. Encryption and protection on the device

The Wenel database is encrypted (SQLCipher, AES-256). Its key is generated at random on your device and protected by the Android Keystore, so a copied database cannot be read on another device. Doctor note photos are also stored encrypted. If your phone has a screen lock, Wenel asks for the system unlock (fingerprint, PIN, password or pattern) when you open it. Android performs the check, and the app never receives your biometric data. Screenshots and the Wenel preview in the recent apps list are blocked. The app does not write your health data to the system log.

3. Family profiles and children

Wenel lets you keep up to four separate profiles — for yourself, a child or other family members. Profiles for children are created and managed by a parent or guardian on their own device. The app is not intended for children to use on their own. If you enter another person's data, make sure you have their consent or a legal right to do so. RE:RiSE systems does not receive this data.

4. Permissions

The camera is used only when you choose "Camera" in the "Doctor note" dialog. The photo is taken by your phone's camera app. Wenel immediately saves it in encrypted form in its own storage and deletes the temporary file. "Gallery" opens the system image picker, and the app gets access only to the image you pick. Wenel has no access to your other photos, contacts, location or microphone.

Notifications are used for medication reminders. A reminder shows the profile name, medication name and dose. It is marked as private, so its text may be hidden on the lock screen, depending on your Android settings. Permission to run after a restart lets the app restore the reminder schedule. Newer versions also ask for permission to use exact alarms, so that reminders arrive on time. You can turn it off, but reminders may then be late. Biometrics are used only for the system unlock of the app.

5. Network and Google Play

The app makes no network requests of its own and does not send your health data over the network. Network access is used only by the Google Play Billing library. Depending on the version, Wenel offers optional purchases through Google Play: a voluntary way to support the developer on the "About app" screen and, in some versions, a one-time Wenel Pro unlock. The library exchanges only technical purchase data with Google Play and has no access to your records. Payments and payment details are handled by Google — we never receive your card details. For Wenel Pro, the app stores on the device only a flag that Pro is unlocked. Nothing about a support purchase is stored on the device. Google's policy: policies.google.com/privacy.

6. When data leaves the device

Data leaves the device only when you choose. A PDF report for a period you select contains the patient's name, weight, height and records. It is saved to the Documents/Wenel Reports folder. "Send report" opens the standard Android share menu, and the app you pick (for example, a messenger or email) gets access to that file only. The PDF is not encrypted: once sent, it is handled by the recipient and the service you used.

In "Settings" you can create a backup (a .hnbak file) in the Documents/Wenel Backups folder or in a place you choose (for example, Google Drive, Telegram or a USB drive). The backup contains all profiles, records, reminders and doctor notes with photos. It is always encrypted with a passphrase you set in the "Backup password" dialog (at least 10 characters). The encryption is AES-256-GCM, with the key derived from your passphrase using PBKDF2. The passphrase is not stored anywhere and cannot be recovered: without it, the file cannot be opened. Restoring a backup replaces all current records with the records from the backup.

7. Android system backup

Automatic Android cloud backup is turned off for Wenel. A direct transfer to a new phone does not copy Wenel's data either. To move your records to another device, create an encrypted backup and restore it on the new phone.

8. Retention and deletion

Data stays until you delete it. You can delete individual records, reminders and doctor notes in the app. Deleting a doctor note also permanently deletes its photo. To delete all Wenel data, including profiles, clear the app's data in Android settings or uninstall the app. PDF reports and backups saved to Documents or another place you chose remain after you uninstall the app — delete them separately. As we do not receive your data, we cannot view, restore or delete it for you. Please direct questions about purchases to Google Play.
