Ця політика пояснює, які дані обробляє застосунок ReRise Notes для Android (пакет com.rerise.notepad), зашифрований нотатник з офлайн-диктуванням українською. Розробник — RE:RiSE systems. Контакт: rerise.systems@gmail.com.
1. Ваші нотатки залишаються на телефоні
Нотатки, списки й чекбокси, фото та місця зберігаються лише на вашому пристрої в зашифрованій базі (SQLCipher, AES-256). Застосунок працює без реєстрації й акаунта. Ми не отримуємо, не бачимо й не зберігаємо вміст нотаток на жодному сервері та не передаємо його третім особам. Нотатки, звук і фото ніколи не надсилаються в мережу.
Ключ бази — 32 випадкові байти, які зберігаються лише зашифрованими неекспортованим ключем Android Keystore (у захищеному залізі телефона). Цей ключ працює тільки на розблокованому телефоні й лише протягом 20 секунд після підтвердження відбитком пальця або PIN-кодом (паролем, графічним ключем) телефона. Біометричні дані обробляє Android, застосунок отримує лише результат перевірки.
2. Голосове диктування
Мікрофон вмикається лише тоді, коли ви натискаєте кнопку мікрофона «Диктувати»; дозвіл Android запитує під час першого використання. Звук записується тільки в оперативну пам'ять (до 5 хвилин за раз) і розпізнається на самому телефоні вбудованою моделлю або моделлю PRO, після чого буфер затирається. Звук ніколи не записується у файл і не залишає телефон. Розпізнаний текст додається в нотатку й зберігається зашифрованим.
3. Фото
Кнопка «Камера» відкриває застосунок камери вашого телефона: знімок записується в тимчасовий файл у приватній папці ReRise Notes, а після додавання цей файл перезаписується нулями й видаляється. Залежно від застосунку камери він може додатково зберегти власну копію знімка. Кнопка «Галерея» відкриває системний вибір фото Android: застосунок отримує доступ лише до тих фото, які ви оберете, а оригінали в галереї не змінюються.
Перед збереженням фото перекодовуються (JPEG, до 2048 пікселів), тому метадані EXIF — зокрема GPS-координати, час зйомки й дані камери — видаляються. Фото й мініатюри зберігаються в тій самій зашифрованій базі.
4. Місця й карти
Застосунок не має дозволу на геолокацію й ніколи не визначає, де ви перебуваєте. Місце ви додаєте самі кнопкою «Додати координати»: координати, DMS або посилання Google Maps / Waze / OSM, які ви вводите чи вставляєте. Застосунок також пропонує додати координати, знайдені в тексті нотатки. Щоб підставити координати, застосунок читає буфер обміну, коли ви відкриваєте вікно «Нова локація» або натискаєте «Вставити з буфера»; вміст буфера нікуди не передається. Місця зберігаються зашифрованими разом із нотаткою.
Прев'ю й повна карта завантажуються з тайлових серверів OpenStreetMap (tile.openstreetmap.org, Фонд OpenStreetMap) через HTTPS. Сервер карт отримує вашу IP-адресу, номери фрагментів карти (з них видно район навколо точки, але не саму точку, її назву чи текст нотатки) та ідентифікатор застосунку ReRiseNotes/1.1 (Android; com.rerise.notepad) (номер версії змінюється). Прев'ю вимикається перемикачем «Налаштування → Прев'ю на карті»; тоді кеш карт одразу очищується, а карта завантажується лише тоді, коли ви самі відкриваєте її («Відкрити карту» або натискання на картку місця). Фрагменти карти зберігаються в кеші на телефоні й видаляються приблизно через тиждень після того, як застаріють. Політика Фонду OpenStreetMap: osmfoundation.org/wiki/Privacy_Policy.
Кнопки «Google Maps» і «Waze» передають координати точки відповідному застосунку, а якщо його немає — відкривають сайт Google Maps чи Waze (або сторінку Waze у Google Play). Посилання з нотаток відкриваються в браузері чи іншому застосунку лише за вашим натисканням. Далі діють політики цих сервісів.
5. Модель PRO і сервер rerisesystems.com
Після покупки PRO ви можете натиснути «Завантажити модель PRO» (картка «Розпізнавання голосу» в налаштуваннях). Модель (834 МБ) завантажується у фоні з нашого сервера rerisesystems.com, а розпізнавання з нею так само працює повністю на телефоні. Щоб файл отримали лише справжні копії застосунку, використовується атестація ключа Android:
а) застосунок запитує в сервера одноразовий виклик (запит без даних); б) захищене залізо телефона створює тимчасовий ключ лише для цього запиту (одразу після нього ключ видаляється) і сертифікат до нього, а застосунок надсилає серверу виклик, назву файлу моделі й ланцюжок сертифікатів. Сертифікат містить виклик, назву пакета й відбиток ключа підпису застосунку, рівень захисту заліза, стан завантажувача й перевіреного завантаження, версію Android і рівень оновлень безпеки; решта ланцюжка — сертифікати, якими виробник і Google засвідчують захищене залізо телефона. Застосунок не запитує атестацію ідентифікаторів пристрою, тому ланцюжок не містить IMEI, серійного номера, номера телефону, акаунта Google, даних покупки чи нотаток; в) сервер перевіряє ланцюжок (не зберігаючи його) і видає квиток на 15 хвилин, який відкриває лише файл моделі; г) з цим квитком завантажується файл (з докачуванням після обриву). Ці запити надсилають стандартний User-Agent Android, у якому є версія Android і модель телефона.
Облік завантажень на сервері ведеться без IP-адрес: час, результат (видано квиток, помилка певного типу), обсяг переданих даних, назва пакета й файлу. Окремо технічні журнали веб-сервера й служби перевірки фіксують IP-адресу, час, адресу запиту (без квитка), результат і User-Agent; вони потрібні для захисту від зловживань (обмеження кількості запитів) і діагностики, не пов'язуються з вашими нотатками чи акаунтом і зберігаються не довше, ніж потрібно для цих цілей. Запити до rerisesystems.com проходять через мережу Cloudflare, яка доставляє трафік і захищає сервер: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
Перевірка, чи підтримує телефон апаратну атестацію (на старих телефонах PRO недоступний), відбувається на самому телефоні без мережі.
6. Покупка PRO і Google Play
PRO — разова покупка через Google Play. Під час запуску застосунок через бібліотеку Google Play Billing запитує в Google Play ціну PRO і стан ваших покупок; так PRO відновлюється на новому телефоні. Оплату й платіжні дані обробляє Google — ми не отримуємо даних вашої картки; через Play Console Google надає розробникам лише стандартні звіти про замовлення (наприклад, номер, дату, суму й країну). Застосунок зберігає на пристрої тільки позначку, що PRO активний. Бібліотека Google Play Billing також передає Google технічні дані про роботу покупок (успішні й невдалі виклики, проблеми з'єднання). 7. Дозволи й чого немає
Застосунок використовує: мікрофон — для диктування; інтернет — для карт, моделі PRO й Google Play; біометрію — для розблокування; сповіщення й фонову службу передавання даних — щоб показувати прогрес завантаження моделі PRO з кнопкою «Пауза» (дозвіл на сповіщення запитується, коли ви запускаєте завантаження); приховування накладань — щоб ховати вікна інших застосунків поверх нотатника.
Дозволів на геолокацію, контакти, камеру, пам'ять чи телефон застосунок не має. Реклами, аналітики, звітів про збої, трекерів і соцмережевих SDK у ньому немає. Ми не продаємо й не передаємо ваші дані.
8. Резервні копії
«Налаштування → Резервна копія · за паролем → Експорт» створює файл .rrsn з усіма нотатками, фото й місцями в місці, яке ви оберете. Копія завжди шифрується паролем (щонайменше 8 символів): PBKDF2-HMAC-SHA256, 310 000 ітерацій, і AES-256-GCM. Пароль ніде не зберігається й не може бути відновлений. Якщо ви збережете копію в хмарному сервісі, він зберігатиме лише зашифрований файл.
Автоматичне резервне копіювання Android у хмару й пряме перенесення даних на новий телефон вимкнені для всіх даних застосунку. Перенести нотатки можна лише власною зашифрованою копією («Імпорт»).
9. Захист на пристрої
Застосунок забороняє знімки й запис екрана та показ вмісту в списку недавніх, ховає накладання інших застосунків, ігнорує натискання крізь чужі вікна, не передає текст службам автозаповнення й системному аналізу екрана, просить клавіатуру не запам'ятовувати введене (режим інкогніто, якщо клавіатура його підтримує). Скопійовані посилання й координати позначаються як конфіденційні й стираються з буфера обміну через хвилину. Нотатник блокується за налаштуванням «Автоблокування»; розшифровані мініатюри тримаються лише в пам'яті. Розділ «Перевірка телефона» на самому телефоні перевіряє сторонні служби доступності, сторонню клавіатуру й USB-налагодження та нікуди цього не передає. Застосунок не записує в системний журнал текст нотаток, розпізнаний текст чи координати.
Без блокування екрана ключ не можна прив'язати до відбитка чи PIN — застосунок про це попереджає; рекомендуємо його ввімкнути. Кеш карт зберігається в приватній папці застосунку без шифрування, тож показує, які райони переглядалися.
10. Зберігання й видалення
Дані зберігаються, доки ви їх не видалите. «Видалити нотатку» стирає нотатку разом із фото із зашифрованого сховища. «Налаштування → Знищити всі дані» (з підтвердженням словом ЗНИЩИТИ) назавжди знищує базу з нотатками, фото й місцями, ключ шифрування та кеш карт. Налаштування інтерфейсу, позначка PRO і завантажена модель PRO лишаються; модель видаляється кнопкою «Видалити» в картці «Розпізнавання голосу». Видалення застосунку стирає з телефона все. Експортовані копії лишаються там, де ви їх зберегли. Покупка PRO прив'язана до вашого акаунта Google Play.
11. Діти
ReRise Notes — нотатник загального призначення, не орієнтований на дітей. Ми свідомо не збираємо даних дітей.
12. Ваші права, зміни й контакт
Нотатки до нас не потрапляють, тож переглядаєте, змінюєте й видаляєте їх ви самі в застосунку. Щодо технічних журналів сервера моделей можна звернутися до нас; щодо покупок — до Google Play. Про зміни політики повідомимо на цій сторінці з новою датою. З питаннями пишіть: rerise.systems@gmail.com.

This policy explains what data the ReRise Notes app for Android (package com.rerise.notepad), an encrypted notepad with offline Ukrainian voice dictation, handles. The app's interface is in Ukrainian; screen and button names are translated below. Developer: RE:RiSE systems. Contact: rerise.systems@gmail.com.
1. Your notes stay on your phone
Notes, lists and checklists, photos and places are stored only on your device, in an encrypted database (SQLCipher, AES-256). The app works without sign-up or an account. We do not receive, see or store the content of your notes on any server, and we do not pass it to third parties. Notes, audio and photos are never sent over the network.
The database key is 32 random bytes that are stored only in encrypted form, wrapped by a non-exportable Android Keystore key (in the phone's secure hardware). That key works only while the phone is unlocked and only for 20 seconds after you confirm with your fingerprint or the phone's PIN (password, pattern). Biometric data is handled by Android; the app only receives the result of the check.
2. Voice dictation
The microphone is turned on only when you tap the "Dictate" microphone button; Android asks for the permission the first time. Audio is recorded into memory only (up to 5 minutes at a time) and recognized on the phone itself by the built-in model or the PRO model, after which the buffer is wiped. Audio is never written to a file and never leaves the phone. The recognized text is added to the note and stored encrypted.
3. Photos
The "Camera" button opens your phone's camera app: the shot is written to a temporary file in the ReRise Notes private folder, and after it is added that file is overwritten with zeros and deleted. Depending on the camera app, it may also keep its own copy of the shot. The "Gallery" button opens the Android system photo picker: the app gets access only to the photos you pick, and the originals in your gallery are not changed.
Before saving, photos are re-encoded (JPEG, up to 2048 pixels), so EXIF metadata — including GPS coordinates, capture time and camera details — is removed. Photos and thumbnails are stored in the same encrypted database.
4. Places and maps
The app has no location permission and never determines where you are. You add a place yourself with the "Add coordinates" button: coordinates, DMS or a Google Maps / Waze / OSM link that you type or paste. The app also suggests adding coordinates it finds in the note text. To fill in coordinates, the app reads the clipboard when you open the "New location" window or tap "Paste from clipboard"; the clipboard content is not sent anywhere. Places are stored encrypted together with the note.
Map previews and the full map are loaded from the OpenStreetMap tile servers (tile.openstreetmap.org, OpenStreetMap Foundation) over HTTPS. The map server receives your IP address, the numbers of the map tiles (which show the area around the point, but not the point itself, its name or the note text) and the app identifier ReRiseNotes/1.1 (Android; com.rerise.notepad) (the version number changes). Previews can be turned off with the "Settings → Map preview" switch; the map cache is then cleared at once, and a map is loaded only when you open it yourself ("Open map" or tapping a place card). Map tiles are cached on the phone and deleted about a week after they become stale. OpenStreetMap Foundation policy: osmfoundation.org/wiki/Privacy_Policy.
The "Google Maps" and "Waze" buttons pass the point's coordinates to that app or, if it is not installed, open the Google Maps or Waze website (or the Waze page on Google Play). Links in notes open in a browser or another app only when you tap them. From then on, those services' policies apply.
5. The PRO model and the rerisesystems.com server
After buying PRO you can tap "Download PRO model" (the "Voice recognition" card in Settings). The model (834 MB) is downloaded in the background from our server rerisesystems.com, and recognition with it still runs entirely on the phone. So that only genuine copies of the app get the file, Android key attestation is used:
a) the app asks the server for a one-time challenge (a request without data); b) the phone's secure hardware creates a temporary key just for this request (deleted right after it) and a certificate for it, and the app sends the server the challenge, the model file name and the certificate chain. The certificate contains the challenge, the app's package name and signing-key fingerprint, the hardware security level, the bootloader lock and verified-boot state, the Android version and security patch level; the rest of the chain consists of certificates with which the manufacturer and Google vouch for the phone's secure hardware. The app does not request device ID attestation, so the chain contains no IMEI, serial number, phone number, Google account, purchase data or notes; c) the server checks the chain (without storing it) and issues a 15-minute ticket that opens only the model file; d) the file is downloaded with this ticket (resuming after interruptions). These requests send the standard Android User-Agent, which includes the Android version and phone model.
Download statistics on the server are kept without IP addresses: time, outcome (ticket issued, error of a given type), amount of data transferred, package and file name. Separately, the technical logs of the web server and the verification service record the IP address, time, request path (without the ticket), outcome and User-Agent; they are needed for abuse protection (rate limiting) and diagnostics, are not linked to your notes or account, and are kept no longer than needed for these purposes. Requests to rerisesystems.com pass through the Cloudflare network, which delivers the traffic and protects the server: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
The check whether the phone supports hardware attestation (PRO is not available on older phones) happens on the phone itself, without the network.
6. PRO purchase and Google Play
PRO is a one-time purchase through Google Play. When the app starts, it uses the Google Play Billing library to ask Google Play for the PRO price and the status of your purchases; this is how PRO is restored on a new phone. Payments and payment details are handled by Google — we never receive your card details; through Play Console, Google gives developers only standard order reports (for example, order number, date, amount and country). The app stores on the device only a flag that PRO is active. The Google Play Billing library also sends Google technical data about how purchases work (successful and failed calls, connection problems). Google's policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
7. Permissions and what is not there
The app uses: the microphone — for dictation; the internet — for maps, the PRO model and Google Play; biometrics — for unlocking; notifications and a background data-transfer service — to show the PRO model download progress with a "Pause" button (the notification permission is requested when you start the download); hiding overlays — to hide other apps' windows drawn over the notepad.
The app has no permission for location, contacts, camera, storage or phone. It contains no ads, analytics, crash reporting, trackers or social-media SDKs. We do not sell or share your data.
8. Backups
"Settings → Backup · password-protected → Export" creates a .rrsn file with all notes, photos and places in a place you choose. The backup is always encrypted with a password (at least 8 characters): PBKDF2-HMAC-SHA256 with 310,000 iterations, and AES-256-GCM. The password is not stored anywhere and cannot be recovered. If you save the backup to a cloud service, it stores only the encrypted file.
Automatic Android cloud backup and direct transfer to a new phone are turned off for all of the app's data. Notes can be moved only with your own encrypted backup ("Import").
9. On-device protection
The app blocks screenshots, screen recording and content previews in Recents, hides other apps' overlays, ignores taps through other apps' windows, keeps text away from autofill services and system screen analysis, and asks the keyboard not to learn what you type (incognito mode, if the keyboard supports it). Copied links and coordinates are marked as sensitive and cleared from the clipboard after one minute. The notepad locks according to the "Auto-lock" setting; decrypted thumbnails are kept only in memory. The "Phone check" section checks, on the phone itself, for third-party accessibility services, a third-party keyboard and USB debugging, and sends none of this anywhere. The app does not write note text, recognized text or coordinates to the system log.
Without a screen lock the key cannot be bound to your fingerprint or PIN — the app warns about this; we recommend turning a screen lock on. The map cache is kept in the app's private folder without encryption, so it shows which areas were viewed.
10. Retention and deletion
Data stays until you delete it. "Delete note" erases the note and its photos from the encrypted storage. "Settings → Destroy all data" (confirmed by typing ЗНИЩИТИ) permanently destroys the database with notes, photos and places, the encryption key and the map cache. Interface settings, the PRO flag and the downloaded PRO model remain; the model is removed with the "Delete" button in the "Voice recognition" card. Uninstalling the app erases everything from the phone. Exported backups stay where you saved them. Your PRO purchase is tied to your Google Play account.
11. Children
ReRise Notes is a general-purpose notepad and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect children's data.
12. Your rights, changes and contact
Your notes never reach us, so you view, change and delete them yourself in the app. For the model server's technical logs you can contact us; for purchases, contact Google Play. Changes to this policy will be published on this page with a new date. Questions: rerise.systems@gmail.com.
